I think rather than go after a bout with Thimerisol I will just keep to the relatively proven alternate methods : eating healthy, exercising, using proper nutritional supplements.
- Avoiding people who are sick.
- Sanitation, to include hand washing and covering the mouth with a tissue if needed.
- Staying home when ill.
- Using proper masks if you have to go into an infected public area.
I know, it’s an amazing discovery.
